1. Acceptance

By installing or using SadhanAI you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

2. The service

SadhanAI provides TNPSC exam-preparation content including practice questions, mock tests, an AI tutor, and chapter notes. Content is provided "as is" for educational purposes — we don’t guarantee any specific exam result.

3. Account

• You must be 13+ to create an account.
• One account per person. Sharing credentials terminates the account.
• You’re responsible for keeping your password / OTP secret.

4. Subscription & payment

• Free tier: 10 daily questions + 3 mock tests / month, forever.
• Paid plans: billed monthly or yearly via Razorpay (web) or Google Play Billing (in-app).
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Cancel any time from the app.
• Web prices may be lower than in-app — this is allowed because we’re passing back the platform fee.

5. Refunds

We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not used 10+ AI features (tutor messages / photo doubts / AI grading).

6. Acceptable use

Don’t do any of these:

• Scrape, copy, or republish our questions, notes, or chapter mappings.
• Reverse-engineer the app or backend.
• Resell access to your account.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or plan caps.
• Upload illegal, abusive, or sexually explicit content via photo doubt.

Violations result in account termination without refund.

7. AI accuracy disclaimer

Our AI tutor and AI grading use third-party language models. They can occasionally give incorrect or incomplete answers. Always verify critical exam content against the official Samacheer Kalvi textbooks and the TNPSC syllabus.

8. Intellectual property

The SadhanAI app, content (excluding TNPSC PYQ which is public-domain), and software are owned by us. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for personal exam prep only.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, SadhanAI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
